Today, Senator Barack Obama managed to overcome one more obstacle on his long march to the democratic convention in 2008. With the endorsement of a couple more super delegates today, the Illinois senator was able to overtake Ms. Clinton in the race for super-delegate endorsements. As a result, Barack leads in popular vote, pledged delegates, superdelegates, states won, and every other important factor that goes towards winning the democratic nomination, and likely the general election later in November.
Rep. Tom Allen (Maine), Dolly Strazar (Hawaii), Sen. Daniel Akaka (Hawaii), Keith Roark (Idaho). These are the four who endorsed Obama Monday morning, giving him a strong four automatic delegate lead, which will likely grow as superdelegates decide that it's about time to end this race.
